Application indispensable avec les dashcams de la marque. Je suis très agréablement surpris que ce soit par le hard (DR650 - 2CH) que par le soft (IOS + Mac en ce qui me concerne ) Fiat vous plaisir et en plus c’est bon pour la sécurité.

Black screen on 4s. Impossible to use. Please, repair.

Look if you sell a good product then the supporting app should be as good or better. You’re losing revenue.

If you download the new app (not this one), BlackVue have a cloud feature and whether you use that feature or not, you are required to share your location to BlackVue AND other users. Otherwise, the app quits. The legacy app (this one) does not require that, but since you they no longer support the legacy app, you are forced to use the new one for future updates AND share your location.

They no longer support the old (this) app and will not support the older model cameras with the new app... Bad form gentlemen. I will not be purchasing a newer model from you and I will not be recommending your product anymore.

You are causing confusion by trying to prevent it! The app I had WAS "Blackvue" you rename it "Blackvue Legacy" but say we should be using and app called "Blackvue" that doesn't seem to even be available on the App Store.

Nothing works. The app would never connect with the dash cam. Tried to delete the app and re download. Still wouldn't work. Really frustrating.

This made a lot better than C version

This app was great about 3 updates ago. Now it plays than freezes, so you constantly have to press the play button. With every update that comes out I think they will fix it but it never seems to help. Don't know why pittasoft took an app that worked perfectly and ruined it?

Decent app for basic functionality, however one thing that o hate is that if I export a video from the app to my phone, the app embeds a map view over the right-half of the video. This is problematic when it covers important footage. Please make this something that can be toggled off.

The title says it all, app and camera are both junk compared to cameras I have in my other vehicles

The firmware update clearly explains that it's there to migrate your device to the new and improved blackvue cloud app...that's why this doesn't work anymore for you.

App doesn't work at all. Basically one of the best features of wifi capability is false. If you want wifi don't use blackvue.

2.0 upgrade doesn't allow iPhone to connect. Others said it here first, unfortunately I confirmed it today (11/6). Device looses a lot of capability if not connectable to a phone. Poor delivery on this one. Will change to 4-5 stars IF they get it fixed. 11/22: still no update to fix this problem. I emailed them, their recommendation.... Return the product. Bought from Costco, so I might just do that. They gave zero indication (or hope) that a fix is slated. The company is based out of Korea, wondering if they've hit a snag. Not easy to determine if they are going to support the app or device in the future. Downgraded the app to one star (from 2).

You designed a decent dashcam and effed up the app... Great job slackers. My mom could design and develop a better app... Wifi won't connect b/c I can't be around other networks, it's incredibly frustrating, the UI is literally the worst thing I've ever seen. If this app is any indication of your products, I'll expect the dashcam to catch on fire and my car to burn to the ground.

As soon as I updated the FW of my 650 2ch to the latest FW, it killed my app! Please update your app! Update 11.04: wrote to developer, and they state an update should be forthcoming via the App Store. In the meantime, you can downgrade the FW- I just did. I suggest downloading the desktop software and setting up the FW before installing. Poor rollout on the developer, but the camera system is excellent and their email response time was less than 12 hrs!

Updated today to the latest firmware 2.0.0 iPhone won't connect any more to the camera, Besides that I'm getting crazy every time using there app and pc software Asking all the time for wifi password inconvenient interface touch and such a messy app, configuration is so complicated It's a shame for this company to have such a good product and such a bad software

Just got my blackvue 2ch 650 installed on October 30th. Was working great for a few hours until I updated the firmware to the latest 2.0. Now it says cannot find blackvue while connected to wifi. Works fine when I play what's on the mini sd card on my computer, but my blackvue and my iPhone cannot communicate with each other. Makes it hard to dial in the position of my camera without seeing a live view from my phone. This was an expensive purchase. Please fix your issues for IOS users.

No iPhone 6 screen size support No iOS 9 support. Doesn't playback video

Updated to firmware 2.0 and now the app wont let me access the blackvue. I assume this is because this iOS app hasn't been updated yet, but a warning in the firmware description would have been nice.

Can view live camera front and back. But can't see any old recordings. It just sits there and spins. If you tap a & hold a dialog box asks if you want to download, and if you select "yes", the app crashes. On iOS 8.4.

The live view screen isn't displayed in full 16:9 format, shows black frame on both sides of video. As well the frame rate is terrible, either of live video or recording. (I didn't see this on older version). Not sure if it's problem only on 650gw or rest of the products have same issue.

1. Time zone is extremely hard to find! The order is so not organized 2. Always asks for password to connect wifi! Come on! Can't it remember password? 3. There is no GPS setting. My GPS led won't light up so far 4. Can only connect to one phone at a time. When one phone is connected, the other phone is not able to connect, at all! So stupid 5. Once connected to wifi, it is just a wifi exclusively for the camera, then you can't use LTE network to surf Internet. Because it always tried to use the camera wifi to connect the Internet. I mean, how stupid is that? Can't you mark that this is only "camera wifi", not "regular wifi"?? I mean, how hard can it be? 6. The app interface design is not professional.

Lack of clear instructions resulted in an initial review rating of Junk. Connecting to the camera is like connecting to any public WiFi hotspot. At home, right next to my router, the connection to the camera was unreliable - only worked once. Once in the car, with the camera being the only WiFi nearby, it connected instantly. At this point, the rest of the app works nicely. The downside is that the phone doesn't know it's a camera (and not the internet) so it tries to use the WiFi connection for everything else. Don't know if there's someone to blame or that's just a side effect of the design. Not a big deal though because you typically don't need the WiFi connection all the time. Just when you want to watch recorded video, live pictures to adjust the view, or to tweak camera settings.

Pittasoft, your app does everything it is supposed to do as far as features; however, please update the resolution of the app so it is optimized for iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus!

Over all works great I own both the 600 and 500 black vie series camera and this app works awesome with both.

I mounted my camera upside down, while the camera is good and I can rotate the video, I can't record the time stamp on the other side. I hope this can be fixed.

No DR550GW-2CH English 2.004 firmware? Only Korean one.

Video non-playing & other ui issues with iOS 8.1 and iPhone 6. Downloading video via wifi is super slow. Finding video is not really convenient. The app must be much better to accomplish the awesome dash-cam hardware.

App crashes when playing video moved to iPhone. Does not ever connect to Youtube. Wifi connection to Blackvue device is hit or miss, typically requires you to turn wifi off then on again on Blackvue device. Time/date stamp doesn't work (even after updating within settings). UI is not very intuitive. Gave 2 stars out of the kindness of my heart...probable should be 1.

Not bad. App does often crash when saving firmware settings and firmware upgrade drop down does not list my model (DR500GW-HD) but overall it works well. I'd give it 5 stars if it wasn't for the crashes.

Absolutely don't work with Wi-Fi

Can't connect my iphone via wifi!!! And that's the only reason I bought it...

My phone connects to the wifi, but then tells me there isn't a camera. The whole reason why I went with Blackvue (I bought three of them) was for the wifi function and if that doesn't work I'm going to have to return the camera and get a different brand. Please fix the software! (Looking at previous reviews I see that this had been a problem for quite a while...)

Good app for iPhone, however I would like to see a native iPad version that is easy to use in landscape mode.

Once I use this app, even after I quit out this app, my iPhone stay warm and run down my battery very fast. Power management may be very bad!!

Good working app but if I can send to You Tube why can't I email a video?

Very barebones simplistic app. Why not improve the UI? Give the ability to save directly to camera roll? Desperate need of a revamp.

After seeing the other reviews being so negative I have to leave a review. Using Blackvue with wifi is pretty amazing to me. The picture is HD sharp and clear. Reviewed a few of the one minute recorded segments today on the iPhone over wifi sitting in the garage. Great picture night and day. So far, works as advertised. Works like the reviews you can find on the nets.

App software is hard to manage, user interface is not updated for retina display and it looks ugly.

This app is the main reason I am returning the Blackvue dashcam. The idea is good but the implementation is poor. Once a clip is dowloaded to the app, here is NO WAY to copy the clip to another app for editing. You can try to upload the clip right to You Tube, but a 3 minute clip is ~150mb. Also, if you somehow get the clip onto your phone (sd card->laptop->wifi hotspot->fileexplorer->open in imovie), the encoding is not recognized! I would keep it if you could d/l the clip, copy to camera roll, use iphone edit to shorten and then upload.

Perfect camera in every way till I downloaded the update.Now I can't get a live shot because my phone can't find the camera,has to be a prob with update or odd coincidence.Tried to contact the company by email but no answer.

Blackvue is just awesome. I drive all over the country and having this product is a great peace of mind. I would like to see am easier way to save video to my phone over the wifi network the device puts out.

After update to Version: 1.200 cannot connect via WiFi. Device DR550-2CH. Phone connected to camera, but application said Cannot find BlackVue.

Very nice app filled with features, very nice camera with wifi.
