Nothing works. The app would never connect with the dash cam. Tried to delete the app and re download. Still wouldnt work. Really frustrating.

You are causing confusion by trying to prevent it! The app I had WAS "Blackvue" you rename it "Blackvue Legacy" but say we should be using and app called "Blackvue" that doesnt seem to even be available on the App Store.

They no longer support the old (this) app and will not support the older model cameras with the new app... Bad form gentlemen. I will not be purchasing a newer model from you and I will not be recommending your product anymore.

If you download the new app (not this one), BlackVue have a cloud feature and whether you use that feature or not, you are required to share your location to BlackVue AND other users. Otherwise, the app quits. The legacy app (this one) does not require that, but since you they no longer support the legacy app, you are forced to use the new one for future updates AND share your location.

It works but - impossible to rotate an iPhone on both ways when live or viewing a video - no grouping functionality of the videos related to the same journey - user interface of the 80s

I find with my iPhone 6 my blackvue 550 with wifi , i can give the password but with App can not connect why ?

This app doesnt work. Black vue cameras dont have wifi theres no way for iphones to connect to it. Only samsung fones can use it as they have a memory card slot to plug into

Bought 5 DR400G HDIIs, this app will not connect to any of them. Rating it one star until it actually does something.

I recently bought the blackvue GR500DW with GPS and wifi and I am so impressed with the quality of the camera and how the app works with the camera. You can change all the settings wirelessly through your mobile device which makes everything really easy. The only negative thing I can say is that I have so far been unable to export internally saved video files from the app. It would be nice to see the app be able to transport your videos from the app to your video storage so that you could email or send videos via MMS. Phenomenal camera and app.

The app is designed to work with the wifi 500GW camera; obviously if you dont have a blackvue wifi camera its not going to work. The app and camera are great but I hope blackvue adds an option to the app to export videos.

This app is as ugly and in intuitive as they come. Once you figure it out it will work though. First make sure your BlackVue camera is supported. You cant connect if your camera doesnt support WIFI (and you connect to its network) The menu at the top has additional options if you scroll left/right. I didnt notice that for a while. Cleanup the interface, use high res images, and implement proper iPhone 5 support (use the entire screen) and I will rate it higher. In the meantime this looks like it was just thrown together and it shows.

The app makes the dash cam the best product out there. App is stable and easy to use

Make the app better . Its 2013 not 2001. Should be able to move files out of app to email or messaging . Everything is slow . Put some time and Money into app !!

Cant get updated version from iTunes, camera wifi wont connect to iPhone 5. Frustrating considering cost combined is over $1300. Hoping Blackvue updates to iPhone or offers better wifi on cameras in the future!

The unit itself seems well built, the app for iPhone doesnt work cannot change language from some Asian language you have to take sd card out of the unit put into your computer and somehow download firmware to get it to work properly, and then issues with switching your phone onto Wi-Fi while youre on the road unable to get any messaging or emails , too difficult for me, deleting the app, bringing unit back,

Need direct access to save videos from the internal to camera roll. Doesnt make sense keeping it on internal storage within the app and not able to transfer out.

App is a complete trash. Dont really understand how Apple let this in. BTW, almost $500 2-channel camera is not working either.
